The Lane Workforce Partnership Board of Directors convenes on the fourth Thursday of September, December, February, and May of every year from 3:00pm to 5:00pm*. These meetings are open to the public and are conducted in a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person attendance and remote participation via Zoom.

Executive Board
The Executive Board convenes on the third Thursday of each month from 11:30am to 1:00pm*. These meetings are open to the public and are held in a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person participation at LWP, 1401 Willamette Street, 2nd Floor, Eugene, and remote participation via Zoom. Zoom access details are available in the Public Meeting Notice and on the agenda.
Comprising Board Officers and Chief Local Elected Officials, the Executive Board plays a crucial role in providing oversight and strategic direction for Lane Workforce Partnership’s objectives and budget.

Lane Workforce Council
The Lane Workforce Council Meeting* is held on the third Thursday in either May or June every year. The meeting runs from 11:00am – 11:30am and is open to the public. The Lane Workforce Council fulfills the role of Chief Local Elected Officials for Lane County, Oregon. The Council is responsible for Workforce Board appointments, shaping the local strategic plan, and exercising budgetary authority.
The Lane Workforce Council conducts their meetings in a hybrid format accommodating both in-person and remote participation. Meeting location: LWP, 1401 Willamette Street, 2nd Floor, Eugene, Oregon. Note: Friday, March 6th, the Community Engagement Committee of Lane Workforce Partnership will meet at the Springfield Chamber of Commerce from 10:30am – 12:30pm. We are combining the February 2026 and March 2026 meetings into this session. Local workforce and economic development partners have been putting together a working draft of a Good Jobs Are Good Business workshop and set of resources and they would like to receive employer input. This will be an interactive session focused on real-world employer needs.
