The Lane Workforce Partnership Board of Directors convenes* on the fourth Thursday of September, December, February, and May of every year from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. These meetings are open to the public and are conducted in a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person attendance and remote participation via Zoom. Zoom access details are available on the agenda.

Executive Board
Public Meeting Notice: Meetings of the Lane Workforce Executive Board are open to the public and will conform to Oregon public meeting laws. The Lane Workforce Executive Board will meet on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 11:30am – 1:00pm. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format. In person at Lane Workforce Partnership, 1401 Willamette Street, Eugene (2nd Floor) and via Zoom. Agenda includes: Framework for upcoming RFP’s; Executive Director Report. Lane Workforce Partnership is an equal opportunity employer. With 48 hours of notice, auxiliary aids and services, and alternate formats are available to individuals with limited English proficiency free of cost. Lane Workforce Council
The Lane Workforce Council Meeting* is held on the third Thursday in either May or June every year. The meeting runs from 1:00pm – 2:00pm and is open to the public. The Lane Workforce Council fulfills the role of Chief Local Elected Officials for Lane County, Oregon. The Council is responsible for Workforce Board appointments, shaping the local strategic plan, and exercising budgetary authority.
The Lane Workforce Council conducts their meetings in a hybrid format accommodating both in-person and remote participation. Meeting location: LWP, 1401 Willamette Street, 2nd Floor, Eugene, Oregon.
