September is Workforce Development Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the people, partnerships, and programs that help individuals build meaningful careers, support employers in finding the talent they need, and strengthen our communities and local economy.

Thank you to our service providers, Looking Glass, Connected Lane County, Grant Associates, and Collaborative Economic Development Oregon (CEDO), whose teams help turn opportunities into real outcomes for individuals, businesses, and communities.

At Lane Workforce Partnership, we know this work is about much more than connecting people to jobs. It’s about creating opportunities, building strong partnerships, and bringing people and organizations together to respond to the evolving needs of our community. By working alongside employers, education and training providers, community organizations, and other partners, we’re able to expand access to career pathways, address workforce challenges, and help Lane County businesses and workers thrive.
