In partnership with our Adult Service Provider, Grant Associates, Lane Workforce Partnership provides targeted employment services through the WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker Services Program.

Qualifying Providers

Eligible Training Provider List

To qualify for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds and provide training to WorkSource participants, training providers and their programs of study must be included on the Eligible Training Provider List.

Looking Glass Community Services

Looking Glass aims to improve outcomes for underserved youth/young adults in Lane County. Collaborating with Lane County school districts, industry partners, and community organizations, they create opportunities and prepare youth for life beyond high school. They focus on bridging gaps, changing systems, and creating safe spaces to help youth succeed. Through support of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Looking Glass helps bridge education and employment while building strong talent pipelines for local employers.

Connected Lane County - Career Connected Learning

Connected Lane County equips youth and young adults with the skills, experiences, and connections needed to succeed in today’s workforce.

In partnership with schools, industry, and community organizations, Connected Lane County provides hands-on learning, paid work experiences, and career exploration opportunities aligned with regional sector needs. Through support from the Oregon Youth Employment Program (OYEP), Connected Lane County helps bridge education and employment while building strong talent pipelines for local employers.

Lane Education Service District (Lane ESD) - Career Technical Education (CTE)

Lane Education Service District supports the 16 school districts across Lane County in delivering high-quality Career Techical Education (CTE) programs that connect students to real-world careers.

Through partnerships with local employers, Lane Workforce Partnership, and education providers, Lane ESD helps coordinate CTE pathways, Regional Advisory Committees, and classroom engagement through Career Ready Lane. These efforts ensure programs remain aligned with industry needs while expanding opportunities for students to earn credentials, gain experience, and explore career pathways.
