Healthcare Partners Come Together to Strengthen Lane County’s Workforce

More than 50 healthcare professionals, educators, workforce leaders, and economic development partners gathered for the Lane County Healthcare Sector Partnership Convening, hosted by Lane Community Health Council and Lane County Medical Society with support from Collaborative EDO.

Held at PeaceHealth RiverBend Annex, the convening brought together partners from across the region who are committed to strengthening Lane County’s healthcare workforce through collaboration, innovation, and shared solutions. Attendees received updates on the progress of the partnership’s action committees, helped identify next-phase priorities, and explored new opportunities to better align education, workforce development, and industry needs.

As healthcare continues to evolve, the Lane County Healthcare Sector Partnership is demonstrating how regional collaboration can help address workforce challenges and support long-term solutions for the future of healthcare in Lane County.
