2026 WORKing Together Conference

The WORKing Together Conference will take place on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at the Salem Convention Center. Featuring a new one-day format this year, the conference will bring together more than 500 Oregon business leaders, educators, public agency representatives, community-based organizations, elected officials, and workforce professionals.

Throughout the day, attendees will explore local, state, and national best practices, emerging workforce trends, and innovative solutions designed to strengthen Oregon’s workforce system and communities.

The conference will conclude with a special plated dinner and keynote featuring Christian Paige, an emmy nominated spoken word poet, educator, and community advocate whose work centers on equity, belonging, and the power of storytelling.

Please note that the plated dinner and keynote are a separate ticketed event and are not included in the conference registration fee.
