REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

WIOA Adult/Dislocated Worker Program, Youth Program, and One-Stop Operator

Lane Workforce Partnership (LWP), the local Workforce Development Board for Lane County, is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced organizations to deliver workforce program services in Lane County for the Adult/Dislocated Worker Program, Youth Program, and the One-Stop Operator. Programs funded under these Request for Proposals (RFP) will operate under the provisions of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). WIOA is federal legislation funded by the Department of Labor.

 Available RFPs and Estimated Allocations

  • Adult/Dislocated Worker Program: Estimated $835,000
  • Youth Program: Estimated $660,000
  • One-Stop Operator: Estimated $30,000

Selected providers must have staff located in Lane County, and the Adult/Dislocated Worker Service Provider must co-locate at the WorkSource Oregon Lane Center.
