Providing oversight and coordination of the local workforce system, LWP invests federal funds to deliver job training, career services, and business support – connecting job seekers to meaningful employment and helping employers find the talent they need. Selected through a competitive process, the new providers will play a key role in delivering high-impact workforce services across the region.
Grant Associates has been selected as the new WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker Service Provider for Lane County. With a strong national track record, Grant Associates brings extensive experience in designing and delivering workforce programs that empower job seekers, support businesses, and strengthen communities. Their results-driven approach will help meet the growing demand for measurable outcomes, especially as we navigate changing federal priorities.
Looking Glass Community Services will serve as the new WIOA Youth Service Provider. A trusted community partner, Looking Glass brings decades of experience helping young people achieve their goals through education, career readiness, and holistic support. Their deep understanding of local needs and dedication to youth empowerment make them a vital partner in shaping Lane County’s future workforce.
“As the local workforce board, our role is to be a resource for the success of our providers chosen through a competitive process, which then ripples across the community. We are excited to collaborate with our new providers, whose expertise and networks will help strengthen our shared commitment to meeting the needs of both job seekers and employers,” said Ashley Espinoza, Executive Director of Lane Workforce Partnership.
Lane Workforce Partnership and its service providers are committed to building a responsive workforce system that supports Lane County’s growth, meets the needs of local employers, and creates opportunities for all residents.
Lane Workforce Partnership extends its gratitude to Lane County Health and Human Services and Connected Lane County for their years of dedicated service as WIOA providers. Both organizations have played vital roles in supporting job seekers and young people across Lane County. Their dedication and contributions have been instrumental in advancing workforce development efforts, and we thank them for their service and partnership. We look forward to continuing collaboration through future partnerships focused on strengthening the workforce system throughout Lane County.
