Everyone Village Secures $2.465 Million Federal Investment to Deliver Deeply Affordable Housing and Workforce Innovation in Eugene

February 23, 2026

Everyone Village has secured $2.465 million in federal funding through the Community Initiated Projects process to support its MicroVillage Housing pilot. This federal investment will support the development of new affordable housing units, as phase 1 of an innovative, scalable neighborhood model designed to serve individuals transitioning out of homelessness. These units will house up to 115 low-income Lane County residents.

Rather than relying solely on traditional construction delivery models, a portion of the units will be produced in partnership with Team Oregon Build, a statewide initiative that engages K-12 construction Career and Technical Education classrooms in hands-on housing production.
