Lane Workforce Partnership’s office will be closed from December 25, 2025 through January 1, 2026, as we pause to celebrate the holidays and reflect on a year of shared progress. We are deeply grateful to our partners, employers, educators, and community members whose collaboration continues to strengthen Lane County’s workforce system and expand access to opportunity.
Together with our system performance partners, our providers served 13,725 individuals, helped 898 people gain employment, invested $833,874 in occupational and employment training, and provided $2.13 million in support services, generating $40.01 million in economic value for our regional economy. This year also included meaingful milestones, from national recognition of programs like Team Oregon Build, to expanded apprenticeship development, career and technical education initiatives, and continued progress removing barriers to employment through expungement and support services.
