Investing in the Current Workforce

WorkSource Oregon Lane

Between July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024, Lane Workforce Partnership invested $1,475,307 into workforce services delivered  through WorkSource Oregon Lane. This primary system supports adults and dislocated workers in Lane County, helping employers recruit and retain employees while assisting individuals in learning new skills, finding employment, and advancing their careers. Investing in Our Future Workforce

Lane Workforce Partnership’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services for youth and young adults (ages 14-24) are provided by Connected Lane County. These services offer comprehensive support to develop work readiness, academic, and occupational skills, enhancing their transition from school to further education or employment. From July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, Lane Workforce Partnership invested $672,566 to support at-risk youth.
