A service of WorkSource Lane, the service delivery system of the Lane Workforce Partnership, the Career Advising Hotline (541-682-7200) was created to help people who have lost their job and are at a loss of what to do next and to assist Lane County residents to connect with other community resources.

“I was unemployed with no benefits or money,” said Darin. “This was the first time I ever found myself in this situation.  I was lost, had no direction whatsoever.  I called the Hotline and spoke with a career advisor.  He gave me lots of good information about job opportunities and what other agencies could help me and my sons. Things are looking better.  I’m hopeful for the future.”   Darin is one of thousands people who have received assistance through the Career Advising Hotline.

Staffed with career advisors, the Hotline makes it easier for Lane County residents to receive career guidance over the phone and to find out about training, and employment opportunities.
