WorkSource Lane - Oakmont Center
An initiative of the Lane Workforce Partnership, WorkSource Lane is a service delivery system designed to assist employers recruit and retain employees, and to help individuals learn new skills, find employment and progress in their careers. Annually, over 400 employers and 20,000 individuals access services through WorkSource Lane.
An alliance of workforce organizations, WorkSource Lane serves everyone regardless of income or employment status, at no cost to the individual. Services are provided by staff representing the following organizations:
- Department of Human Services
- Lane Community College
- Lane Workforce Partnership
- Employment Department
- Vocational Rehabilitation Services
