The Lane Workforce Partnership is dedicated to helping youth graduate from high school and gain the skills to go onto further education or enter the workforce.   Are you a youth that we helped to obtain a high school diploma, learn new skills to prepare you for postsecondary training and/or employment?

Youth services are funded by the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). How did you hear about the WIA youth program?

I hereby grant Lane Workforce Partnership/WorkSource Lane, WorkSource Oregon and its partners permission to:

  • Use my name, story and/or quote, and other information to promote its programs and activities.
  • Specifically agree that any such material may be released for use in all publications, including but not limited to, newspapers, television, brochures, flyers, website entries, or any other method of communication used for the dissemination of information.
  • Waive any right to inspect or approve the finished medium or the use to which it may be applied.
  • Understand these materials will become the property of Lane Workforce Partnership and its partners.

I hereby release and waive for myself all claims for damages and waive any and all claims or rights to remuneration or payment of any kind that may arise from or are related to any publication or use of pictures or information indicated above.
